I've got to stop working for/with other workaholics. Because all they do is feed my own destructive behavior. My advisor sent me an e-mail at 1am Friday night/Saturday morning and the PI on one of my projects has already sent 3 e-mails since 11pm tonight. It's taking all my willpower to ignore them until morning.
